Herons Beak, Ocean Bay Estate, Lekki Lagos.
Located beside the Waterworks at Ocean Bay Estate, was the deliberate location for our pilot vertical phase development consisting of a total of twenty-four (24) units of two-bedroom apartments and sixteen (16) units of three-bedroom medium-rise apartments.
Facilities in the estate include paved roads and landscaped walkways, street lighting, 24 Hour Power Supply, treated water supply, recreational parks, high-speed internet broadband service, and a sports park.
Herons beak was designed as a viable rental property investment ideally suited to leverage the values in the neighborhood.
Despite the COVID-induced economic challenges, work commenced in May 2020 after the shutdown, and the apartments were handed over on the 18th of February 2022.
Ocean Bay Estate, Lekki Lagos
Ocean Bay is an upscale low-density gated community sited on 33 hectares of land situated along Lafiaji, alongside Lekki-Epe Expressway estate near Chevron’s headquarters. Heritage Place, Sangotedo.
Sited on 40,000 square meters of carefully dimensioned plots, Heritage Place is located along the Lagos-Epe Expressway in an area known as Sangotedo near the permanent site of the Pan-African University (Lagos Business School). The estate is designed to be an exclusive community for the budget conscious homeowner.
