Located beside the Waterworks at Ocean Bay Estate, Lafiaji, Heron’s Beak, our first vertical development consists of twenty-four (24) units of two-bedroom and sixteen (16) units of three-bedroom medium-rise apartments.
Heron’s Beak was designed as a rental property investment ideally suited to leverage the values in the neighborhood.
